Hi everyone! We have become aware of a bug that affects limited-time items, causing them to have incorrect countdown timers. This issue affects ONLY items that expire after a set amount of time. If you have purchased one of the affected items from the Item Mall, please do not withdraw it from the Item Delivery window. As long as you leave your items inside the Delivery Window, you have nothing to worry about.
If you have already withdrawn your item from the Delivery Window, please send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please include the following details in your email:
- Username
- Character name
- Server name
- Items purchased and quantity
- Date & time of purchase
Players affected by this problem will receive a refund of the Sanrio Cash Points spent on the defective items.
We have temporarily removed all limited-time items from the item mall in order to prevent further problems while we work on a hotfix to address the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. See you in the game!
